life's a beach!

Welcome everyone to my beachy daily log...Maybe you are looking here because I offered one of my affirmation cards to you. Thanks for stopping by. I am progressing at a very good pace right now in endeavoring my Life Transitions Coaching. At the beach today the breeze was strong and vital. The lake looked full of fun water. The sounds of children and parents interacting with one another, dogs barking...asking for their owner and friend to please...throw the stick again! The laughing circle went well! The three guests who arrived were Randy, Cathy and her 3 year old grand daughter. They particpated in the five minute laughing circle and we had a great laugh! It was such a nice feeling to interact with these three willing souls as they embraced my idea and trusted me and started laughing right on beside me! Whoot whoot!

Power in Me

The reason that anybody you know, even you, has ever misbehaved, ever, even one time, is because you have not been feeling your power. And you have been trying to make up for it in some way that really is impossible.

Where, when you are in sync with who you are, AHHHHHHHHHHHH! Then the cells of your body are all communicating, you’re thriving! Your mind is sharp, you’re clear minded, you have balance, love is flowing through you. The best of life is a vibrational match to you, everywhere you go, doors are opening. People who are watching you are wondering what magical power you have.

And even though they won’t understand it when you say it, it’s the power of the vortex, the power of alignment. It’s the power of synching up with who I am. It’s the power of being real time, present tense, tuned in, tapped in, turned on to the frequency of ALL that I have become. It’s me, full on, full blown. Me full ON!

That’s what this power is about, you see.

Be your faith whatever that is to you.

Good Feeling~

Concentrate on how you feel, and make a decision, "Nothing is more important than that I feel good." "It's so important that I feel good, that I'm going to watch specific television programs. It's so important that I feel good, I'm going to spend more time with this good feeling friend and less time with that not so good feeling friend. It's so important that I feel good, I'm going to change the magazine subscriptions that I read. It's so important that I feel good, that I'm going to ponder thoughts from my past that make me feel better and I'm not going to ponder the ones that make me feel less than good. It's so important that I'm in harmony with my Core. It's so important that I connect with Core Energy. It's so important that I fulfill my reason for being.
