Inch by Inch

I have a personal motto:

Inch by inch
life is a cinch
yard by yard
we get there.

It is because of this ingrained belief that I have, that I am able to keep striving towards my personal best self.

There are days when I am definetly not there
I am just not giving in to my higher self,

Sometimes if I insinuate enough to my self-talk,
it can go on for days and days,

Until a Gap gets in and gives me an ah ha moment.

I start over again...

A Master is someone who keeps doing it over again until he/she gets it.

With this new motivational self-talk, I start adding things in that keep me going consistently...

Exercise
Menu Planning
Yoga
Meditation
Having Fun...

I remember all the things I've thought about, that I desire.

It is acquiring the desire for that great self-confidence feeling, because, I kept my word with myself.

'Seat of The Soul' by; Gary Zukav, mentions this elated feeling when he describes what happens to the self confidence when one consistently keeps their word with the higher self. Personal empowerment.

So go ahead and challenge yourself today to go for it...

Measure up your personal truth of what it is you truly desire to give yourself.

Then start...one inch at one time.

Abraham-Hicks, A New Beginning...

We encourage you to begin envisioning your life experience as you would like it to be, and we encourage you to be sensitive to the way that you feel as you set these thoughts into motion, seeking always that positive emotion that indicates deliberate and positive creation.

The Law of Attraction will assist you, for as you think of that which you want, other thoughts will be attracted until you have completed the picture. And since your actions always follow the path of your dominant intentions, you will find yourself very busily readying yourself for the exciting time that is before you.

If you find that you are not moved to action, if you find yourself running in circles, not knowing what to do, then you have not yet formed your picture of what you want, for when your picture of what you want is clear, then the action which will enhance that always comes very easily.

But when you are not able to move yourself to action, it is because you have not clearly defined what you want, and you have not made a decision to have it.

Take it or leave it~

I was overseeing my last blog, and feelings and questions came up.

The feeling of how the world would receive the word 'God'.
It seems that the word 'God' has a feeling attached to it for everybody
involved with living.
The feeling has no boundaries.
It can be any feeling;
from glad, sad, mad, afraid, happy, peaceful, content...

~ Watch for your first reaction to the word 'God'- your first present thought-
...Create a 'Gap' there.
~ Just be with it, and look at it, and ask?
...Is this ok with me, this first thought, first feeling at hearing the word 'God'?
Between one and ten, ask; How peaceful do I feel about this word 'God', and then ask the same question for each emotional reaction.

Between one and ten How afraid am I of this word 'God'...?
~ And so on...

Using this exercise as a meditation of learning how one really feels and reacts to the word 'God', helps one to be conscious of their mere existence on a level of reaching to where there is an understanding within the self, and with 'God'.
~And all is well with the soul.

But when you take it or leave it or even care enough about it, to think about that word 'God', somewhere inside me, I always receive it as my lesson in Love.

The Goal is God

"I start my day by taking my first thought of God in my own form."
This is powerful, so are the words of St. Patricks Ancient and Beautiful Prayer...

I arise today through the strength of heaven;
Light of Sun;
Radiance of Moon;
Splendor of Fire;
Speed of Lightning;
Swiftness of Wind'
Depth of Sea ~
Stability of Earth,
Firmness of Rock.

I Arise Today with a Mighty Strength,
The Invocation of The Trinity,
Through Beleif in the Threeness,
Through confession of the Oneness,
Of the Creation of the Creation.
