Time Has No Religion

Isn't it great that the world actually, totally celebrates
on one pure day of the year, together as one?

No religion, just people connecting to the moment of midnight!!

Halelua, Halelua,

My heart is full today for this world, because, this world is closer to connecting this day to the rest of the days and feeling one together.

This is a feeling...oneness;

it feels peace and harmony and goodwill towards men.

Halelua, Halelua,

For the one thing that matters most to the world...

Is the moment of midnight on the first day of every single year...

Let there be peace on earth and let it begin with this realization across the world...

That; yes we can so do this thing called conscious connection and communion of knowing the Feeling of Oneness.

Lets have an harmonious 2010 and awaken to each other.

Here I Am

Ive missed me here on my blog spot this while past
I have been measuring myself along the way lately
I have found myself to be reassuring and comforted by positive self talk
I am starving for passion and I find it when I am coaching and mentoring other people. I found out that I enjoy conversation with people that are willing to go deeper.
Historically; spiritually, artisicaly, conversationly...
From a place that tells the truth right there in that moment.
My self talk is improving along the way, because I nurture my self talk into saying what I need it to say to me and for me.
Allowing the process of self talk...as life shows up for me day to day.
So I realize finally, that yes, agreeing to be good to my self, is a good feeling.
My joy is in knowing that I am here, right here, right now, cresting 2010...
Into my own personal horizon of connecting with my world.
On my terms with God as my pilot of pure energy, radiating through me by the Moment...feeling awe.

God bless us, every single one. Amen

Are you in or out?

Tis the Season to be Jolly!

Many of us can be challenged during this time of Christmas.
It will depend on what you are focusing on...

If its money and how much you do or don't have, then that is not a jolly feeling.
But, if you are focusing on the giving of your spirit, then you are in the right sense of it.

Your spirit of giving does not have to come from your wallet, it can come from your inner being...
That part of you that knows what true giving really is.
It comes from inside of your heart.

Giving can come from: supporting a lonely friend, donating blood, donating time to a needy cause, singing Christmas carols at someones front door, helping a friend decorate a Christmas tree, donating food in your own cupboard to a shelter...

Remember life is free.
Living can be expensive, but again, it has everything to do with perception of thought and feelings.

Have you ever given just because it felt good?
Maybe that is a selfish act, but ask the person you gave to, I am sure they are thankful...

Merry Christmas to all, enjoy the gift of giving of yourself, whatever that may be this holy holiday season...

The gift of love comes in many shapes, colors and sizes...never underestimate Gods Miracles...

Just be willing to receive what he brings...and be happy with it.

There in lies the challenge of giving and receiving...

To Complain or Not to Complain...

Have you ever noticed what you feel like after complaining?

In my experience, I have noticed lately that when I do complain, I feel a little worse for wear.

It just doesn't make things better, and because of this observation, I decided to try and relax and think before I speak, no matter what I am feeling.

Especially if it is a complaint, I vow to make the next words out of my mouth the opposite of what I am feeling negative about.

The pre-thought is: This is it. Now what am I going to say about it?

In this experience, I am finding that I can, if I try, if I allow, that my words become positive statements instead, and after I feel better not worse...

Its not easy to remember before we speak, but if it becomes common practice, your days will feel like This is it!

Conscious vs. Unconscious

Conscious vs. Unconscious.

These two words have very different effects for the human spirit.
Lets have some understanding;

Conscious meaning: things are said and done with mind in realization of intent.

Unconscious: is when things are said and done without mind or pre-thought.

The unconscious: are those that don't think before they speak or do things; resulting in natural consequences that may affect them or someone else in a given situation.

The conscious: are those that understand their thoughts and feelings before making decisions.

The goal is to be more conscious, so that the human spirit can feel peace and calm throughout all of life situations.

Meditation is a really good tool to use to slow down the thoughts.
Practicing this as a routine in daily life allows one to know their inner beingness in such a way that pre-thought becomes a way of life.

Conscious of the consciousness gives the human spirit a way through...

To enjoying everyday peace of mind...

It is always your decision in this moment.

The Situation~

If there is a situation that you find yourself in?

Ask: What is my best response to this?
What do I have to do to create a positive solution?
Which way should I being looking and thinking about this?
Who's feelings do I need to respect in this matter?

Remember: To be yourself; just being...

Allow: For good positive thoughts to filter in and help move the situation to the best positive outcome.

Remember: To laugh at yourself...

No all things look like they are working out;

But, Not all things are as they seem.

Try to look beyond you and foresee the best solution...

Then breath easy...

Inch by Inch

I have a personal motto:

Inch by inch
life is a cinch
yard by yard
we get there.

It is because of this ingrained belief that I have, that I am able to keep striving towards my personal best self.

There are days when I am definetly not there
I am just not giving in to my higher self,

Sometimes if I insinuate enough to my self-talk,
it can go on for days and days,

Until a Gap gets in and gives me an ah ha moment.

I start over again...

A Master is someone who keeps doing it over again until he/she gets it.

With this new motivational self-talk, I start adding things in that keep me going consistently...

Exercise
Menu Planning
Yoga
Meditation
Having Fun...

I remember all the things I've thought about, that I desire.

It is acquiring the desire for that great self-confidence feeling, because, I kept my word with myself.

'Seat of The Soul' by; Gary Zukav, mentions this elated feeling when he describes what happens to the self confidence when one consistently keeps their word with the higher self. Personal empowerment.

So go ahead and challenge yourself today to go for it...

Measure up your personal truth of what it is you truly desire to give yourself.

Then start...one inch at one time.

Abraham-Hicks, A New Beginning...

We encourage you to begin envisioning your life experience as you would like it to be, and we encourage you to be sensitive to the way that you feel as you set these thoughts into motion, seeking always that positive emotion that indicates deliberate and positive creation.

The Law of Attraction will assist you, for as you think of that which you want, other thoughts will be attracted until you have completed the picture. And since your actions always follow the path of your dominant intentions, you will find yourself very busily readying yourself for the exciting time that is before you.

If you find that you are not moved to action, if you find yourself running in circles, not knowing what to do, then you have not yet formed your picture of what you want, for when your picture of what you want is clear, then the action which will enhance that always comes very easily.

But when you are not able to move yourself to action, it is because you have not clearly defined what you want, and you have not made a decision to have it.

Abraham-Hicks, A New Beginning I, page 108

Take it or leave it~

I was overseeing my last blog, and feelings and questions came up.

The feeling of how the world would receive the word 'God'.
It seems that the word 'God' has a feeling attached to it for everybody
involved with living.
The feeling has no boundaries.
It can be any feeling;
from glad, sad, mad, afraid, happy, peaceful, content...

~ Watch for your first reaction to the word 'God'- your first present thought-
...Create a 'Gap' there.
~ Just be with it, and look at it, and ask?
...Is this ok with me, this first thought, first feeling at hearing the word 'God'?
Between one and ten, ask; How peaceful do I feel about this word 'God', and then ask the same question for each emotional reaction.

Between one and ten How afraid am I of this word 'God'...?
~ And so on...

Using this exercise as a meditation of learning how one really feels and reacts to the word 'God', helps one to be conscious of their mere existence on a level of reaching to where there is an understanding within the self, and with 'God'.
~And all is well with the soul.

But when you take it or leave it or even care enough about it, to think about that word 'God', somewhere inside me, I always receive it as my lesson in Love.

The Goal is God

"I start my day by taking my first thought of God in my own form."
This is powerful, so are the words of St. Patricks Ancient and Beautiful Prayer...

I arise today through the strength of heaven;
Light of Sun;
Radiance of Moon;
Splendor of Fire;
Speed of Lightning;
Swiftness of Wind'
Depth of Sea ~
Stability of Earth,
Firmness of Rock.

I Arise Today with a Mighty Strength,
The Invocation of The Trinity,
Through Beleif in the Threeness,
Through confession of the Oneness,
Of the Creation of the Creation.

It comes from me

This process of mind,
comes from the inside of me
outward
reaching
to others
to myself
and back again
this process
making me who i am

I encourage thought
to bring me to my moment
of Truth
Realizing
It comes from me

My feelings
Be beingness
My allowing
My moments to be free
of drama

To bring about joy
Anticipate being
In the Gap
of knowing
It comes from Me.

Thank you
that
i know
It comes from Me.

So that I
can be free
to be Myself.

Get This

The power of listening actually gives you the Gap.
Dr. Wayne W. Dyer speaks of the Gap in his book;

'Getting In The Gap'

Since I've been using Mr. Dyer's meditation technique,
I am able to create the 'Gap' in my days and hours and moments.

The 'Gap', from what I am experiencing is a place where
I allow for an 'in the moment consciousness', being aware
of being conscious in that moment ~ So it is consciousness,
be conscious of itself.

This is the best place in the World to 'Be' ~
Because 'Being' is the 'Gap'.

Enjoy the presence within the Moment ~

The 'Gap', 'Is' Truly Being Alive!

Oh what a 'Bliss Feeling the Gap gives.

When I listen to allow the moment of the 'Gap'!

What's Next?

There is but one day at a time;
but in that day, I am responsible for my happiness.

Being True to Thine Own Self; (Thoreau)
I must make sure that I am accountable to my own happiness.

No two days in a lifetime are the same;
This leaves room for lots of life experiences.

Lots of decisions on how I will react to my everyday existence.
For every reaction emotionally and physically, I am responsible;

For the outcome of what's next.
The clue is to be conscious on my choices.

Every minute, every hour...what's next;
Depends on me...I am as happy as I allow myself to be.

No matter what the circumstances no matter who or what is involved;
It is entirely up to me to choose wisely for my own future.

The choices I make today; make my tomorrow too.
Knowing this helps me choose what's next with confidence and wisdom.

Mother Instinct

A Mother is always a life coach, because Mother is always wanting whats best for her child. No Matter how many children a mother has, each is its own. Each an individual identity of personality and potential.

Somehow, there are expectations on the part of the Mother, always; because she knows and sees ahead for the child and prepares the way...

Confidence abounds when the Mother and Child embrace the moment and cherish each other~

Plenty of moments that are on a time line with life...

For eventually; as it should be...the Mother releases the child into the wild...

And lets go...And lets God...

As is, as follows...Mother and Child are forever in thought of each other...

Its a matter of confidence

Without confidence, one cannot function in the world and feel happy.
The inner self-talk is like old tapes playing old sad songs.

To really know the 'self'...take the confidence test:

When I think of myself as a person do I feel acceptable to the world?
When I want new change, am I able to promote it from myself, or do I have wishful thinking and doubt my abilities?

Example ~ You've applied for a position that you are now showing up for the job interview:

Exercise ~ Visualize this new change and what the position is that you have confidently chosen to apply for?

Watch for the thoughts that come up during this exercise; monitor their effect on your confidence.

Do the thoughts encourage you to be fearless in this new place of personal change?

Journal ~ the outcome, of what position you confidently chose, and what thoughts took you to your final decision.

Question ~ On a scale from one up to ten. What is your confidence level based on going through this monitoring your thoughts and feelings process?

Remember ~ you already know this; you are remembering that you are special in your own personal gift that you came here to give the world..."Go Confidently in the Direction of Your Dreams..."

Something To Think About

"Think only what you choose to experience,
say only what you choose to make real,
and use your mind to consciously instruct your
body to do only what you choose to demonstrate
as your highest reality.
This is how you create at the conscious level."
(From: Home With God: Neal Donald Walsch)

Neal Donald Walsch is one of my most favorite authors;
He opened the door for me to walk through,
And on the other side,
I found God in my personality,
And we have been chatting ever since.

There is nothing better than having a better understanding...

Just Feeling Another Day...

Today I am in existence mode...

Yesterday the hills were alive...

I went to see "The Sound of Music"...

A captivating eye catching ensemble~

But, today, I am in existence mode.
Existence mode is resistance mode.
I am resisting existing today, because,
Yesterday was so full of life.

Today existence and resistance
Stole my Day away from Me.
Because I let it...

Now that I have finally taken the time to
Think about it...

And realize this.
I know I have a choice...
I Choose consciousness.

This evening I am released
from existence and resistancce...
As I embrace the feelings of "The Sound of Music"...
In this Moment. Right Now

Out of the Think Box

Apparently we think a lot of repetitive thoughts in a day...

I challenge you to step out of your regular thinking box...

Look into your thought box and pull something out you haven't thought of for awhile...

Or if ever...

Renew the insights of your regular thinking mind...

Eg... This season sucked ~ instead: Each day held its own moment of the season...

Remember Your Attitude is your Thought Box in action...

uhhgggg...I Don' feel like it!

Its on days like this
That courage needs a nudge
To think things through.
To help me want to want to...

Its on a day like today
When I have to consciously try
And move myself forward
Even if I don't feel like it.

Its today that I don't feel like
Doing
Thinking
Saying
Anything.

Yet, its today still
In this moment
And my awakened courage
Is telling me the steps I need to take

For today
To keep myself aware that
I don't feel like it
But that I can decide to think it different

Right Here, right now Today...
I get up and stretch my body
Nurture my new positive thoughts
With a cup of tea.

And Feel Good.

The Present Moment

Living in today is a second to minute experience;

What are you letting happen today that brings you to your greatest vision of yourself?

Well...I made turkey soup from scratch for my soul
I made cold calls and booked 5 appointments...
I connected with my AutoSmart Customers, because I feel the work I do promotes my vision of myself;

aspiring to the attainment of me receiving my good, by doing as my inner voice guides me to. i know it is my altruest when it feels good.

Seize The Day

Just to embrace waking up and feeling alive, the first movement of your body, your eyes open; you look out and absorb the light and then
you get to do whatever you choose...with the breath...

Introduction

To "Coach" comes from the root meaning: to bring a person from where they are to where they want to be - David Cottrell.

Hello, my name is Charlene and this is my first attempt at blogging. Let me know what you think.

A "Mentor" is one that will listen to another with no conditions attached, no judgements. The mentor guides and directs the individual to their optimum potential.

In having a "Life Coach", the person is looking for accountability. The Life Coach guides the individual into realizing which thoughts are creating their reality. Identifying the self-talk is a tool to help a person out of depression, anxiety and other emotional road blocks.

Personal belief systems account for most of the emotional reactions that we have in everyday situations. Figuring out what beliefs
are helping and those that are not, is a great opening for new and fresh experiences with everyday life.

Finding meaning in life happens when we care about caring, especially for the self...

Self-management is established when a person wants to want the change. It takes commitment, self-control, faith, confidence, integrity, and being impeccable with your word.

My coaching style is in the form of facilitating authors that are making an impact on how we are healing the inner soul.

Receiving the information and utilizing it for personal authenticity and personal growth has helped me be the Best Life Coach from Moment to Moment.
