Back into Alignment...

Hello Everyone!

I have had a speedy recovery from my TMJ surgery in February. I am so grateful for this because I can now step fully into my Life Coaching Business.

The past two weeks have been very busy. I am in the works with some fellow partners to introduce a MoMonday (Motivational Monday) in Niagara. This is a brand new speaking forum for everyday people to share their experiences and knowledge, ideas and feelings. I will keep you all posted for the launch date!...very exciting stuff. I already have my first speaking engagement practiced at Toast Masters, where I am an international member. I am so looking forward to MoMondays.

I also have posted on Kijiji my up coming workshops. I have had four different workshops since the new year. I traveled to the Toronto area last week to give a Happy Box workshop.

I also have my Laughing workshop coming up next week at the St Catharines Kiwanis Aquatic Center, at 425 Calton St. The Lawrence Room on the 27th of March, from 7 til 9pm.

The spaces are almost full...please send me an email if your planning to attend this event. You can also look it up on Kijiji under Laughing Workshop, St. Catharines. My email is charlene@mind-fullife.ca.

Keeping you up to date with my next ambition...I am enrolled in a course with Don Miguel Ruiz (The Four Agreements), It is a seven week course that I began last week and it was fantastic! I am very much in the moment with acquiring all the best skills I can use to be a great facilitator of the Four Agreements.

The Fifth Agreement Workshop dates will soon be updated to this website.

Just a final note; I am learning social media at this time, and I am working diligently to create a website that offers my visitors the best experience of my talents in being a Certified Life Transitions Coach. Please visit my site again soon to view the fresh new changes...

Remember: You Can Live Mindfully; is all about tuning into this moment, so you can be the constant observer of your thoughts; so that you may always bring balance into your being ~ Namaste
